Between one client and the next, Fernanda sings a dream.

Fernanda's story

The car carries Fernanda across the city. And her voice is what makes her daydream.

Fernanda, 41

Degree in public relations.

Consultant, and a singer on her days off.

Mother of Arthur, 12.

Dream: to stand on her own and start her own company.

Every appointment has an address. Not every need does.

A predictable routine, or almost.

The day starts at the rental desk.

Seven visits, three cities, and a rental car that becomes her office, but this office has no restroom.

Two hours later, her body speaks up.

The next client is far away.

She knows a café along the way, but today of all days it is closed off, and it is over an hour on a highway she does not know.

How did I forget about this?

The rental company looks after its clients.

Fernanda remembers that, when renting the car, the company offers a voucher for the places that open their restroom through Guentaí. She spots three along her route.

Phew, another deal saved.

Relief was just around the corner.

A few kilometres away there was a beauty salon, women only. Besides heading to the next client with more confidence, Fernanda got to know their work and even booked an appointment for the next day.

The lives Guentaí has changed

What your rental company gains

  • A renewal reason that is not a discount

Price is matched tomorrow. Care for the person driving is not.

  • Daily presence

Your brand remembered at every stop, not once per contract.

  • Closed cost

You top up, distribute and see the spend. What is left comes back to the balance.

  • Easy to integrate

No SDK. The portal offers an API and webhooks to connect to your systems, or just a list of tax ids in the browser.

How to create the account and issue the vouchers

  1. Download the Guentaí app and complete the registration of whoever answers for the company.

  2. Sign in at portal.guentai.com with the same credentials from the app.

  3. In the portal, open Fleet, enter the company tax ID and attach the registration document. The legal name is filled in automatically.

  4. Once the company is approved, deposit the balance in Vouchers.

  5. Create the campaign, give it a name and an end date, and build the list of people, one by one or by CSV, with the amount for each.

  6. Start the campaign. The voucher becomes available to claim in the app of each person on the list.

The voucher is only handed out when the campaign starts, and it only becomes the person’s credit when they claim it in the app. Every claim and every use shows in the portal. Whatever nobody claims by the end date goes back in full to the company balance, and credit already claimed does not expire.

Two ways to pay, under the same account

  • Prepaid credit, by tax id

This is the voucher route. The company tops up, splits the amount and sends it to a list of tax ids inside a campaign. Whoever receives it redeems in the app and the balance sits in their wallet, with no expiry, to use at any Guentaí point.

  • Corporate account, on the company card

The company registers a card, adds the tax ids and sets a monthly cap per person. The card shows up in those people's wallets as another payment method and each access is charged right away, within the cap. The usage statement exports to PDF.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do we have to integrate anything into our systems?

No. Registration starts in the app and the rest runs in the portal, in the browser. There is no SDK. If you want to automate it, the portal offers an API and webhooks, but none of that is required.

  • What does it cost the rental company?

The cost is the credit the company tops up and distributes. The price of each access is set by the venue that opens its restroom, and the person sees that amount before confirming.

  • What if the customer has no Guentaí account yet?

The grant waits and activates on its own once that person signs up with that tax id. Sending never fails for an id that does not exist yet.

  • Do we find out where the person used the restroom?

With credit, no: the company sees how much was spent, never where. With the corporate card, yes: every access paid with the card shows in the portal, with venue, date and amount, because the person chose to pay that way.

  • Does Guentaí reveal who has an account?

No. When you type a tax id, the system does not tell you whether that id has an account and shows no name. Name and photo appear only after the person redeems the credit.

  • Does the credit expire?

Credit already redeemed never expires and belongs to the person. Whatever nobody redeems by the campaign end date goes back to the company balance.

  • Can we cap what each person spends?

Yes. With credit, the cap is the amount you set per tax id in the campaign. With the corporate account it is a monthly cap per person, changeable at any time.

  • Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. A campaign can hold ten tax ids or ten thousand. Starting in one city, measuring redemption and growing later is the usual path.

  • How many restrooms does the credit cover?

Any active Guentaí point. Credit is not tied to a venue, a region or a time of day.

The road will not get any shorter

But the day of whoever lives on it can get lighter, and your brand can be the reason.
