A world of deliveries that feels like a game.
Rita’s story
Every day she crosses the city, taking parcels to other families while building the way to her own.
Courier.
Mother of Bia and Caíque, 14 and 17.
Gamer in her spare time.
Dream: to give her children a better future.Between one delivery and the next, even a break has to fit the route.

The day starts early.
Dozens of addresses a day.
Rita picks up, checks and sets off. Every delivery has a time slot, and the route changes with the city traffic.

Time for a stop.
The gas station restroom is unusable.
It is no surprise. The restroom at the station rarely gets the care it needs, and dirt, smell and missing basics leave women in a difficult spot exactly when they need it most.

But things are changing.
A gift has just been sent to her.
After the fortieth delivery of the day a bonus is granted, and in the Guentaí app the company offers her a voucher to use wherever she likes.

It came at the best time.
Voucher claimed and a new place found.
It was easy to accept the gift and even easier to find a place along the way: a game shop where Rita ended up renewing her controller collection.

What your delivery operation gains
- A target that becomes a reward
Every time a delivery target is met, the voucher lands in the app as recognition right away.
- Couriers who stay
A bonus that looks after the daily routine holds people better than any price table.
- Costs under control
You deposit, set the value of each voucher and follow every claim in the portal.
- Easy to integrate
No SDK. A single webhook event where you send a list of registered tax ids, or just one, to trigger the benefit, either recurring or by season.
How to create the account and issue the vouchers
Download the Guentaí app and complete the registration of whoever answers for the company.
Sign in at portal.guentai.com with the same credentials from the app.
In the portal, open Fleet, enter the company tax ID and attach the registration document. The legal name is filled in automatically.
Once the company is approved, deposit the balance in Vouchers.
Create the campaign, give it a name and an end date, and build the list of people, one by one or by CSV, with the amount for each.
Start the campaign. The voucher becomes available to claim in the app of each person on the list.
The voucher is only handed out when the campaign starts, and it only becomes the person’s credit when they claim it in the app. Every claim and every use shows in the portal. Whatever nobody claims by the end date goes back in full to the company balance, and credit already claimed does not expire.

- Prepaid credit, by tax id
This is the voucher route. The company tops up, splits the amount and sends it to a list of tax ids inside a campaign. Whoever receives it redeems in the app and the balance sits in their wallet, with no expiry, to use at any Guentaí point.
- Corporate account, on the company card
The company registers a card, adds the tax ids and sets a monthly cap per person. The card shows up in those people's wallets as another payment method and each access is charged right away, within the cap. The usage statement exports to PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to integrate anything into our systems?
No. Registration starts in the app and the rest runs in the portal, in the browser. There is no SDK. If you want to automate it, the portal offers an API and webhooks, but none of that is required.
Does it work for employees and for contractors?
It works for any group of people by tax id. The working relationship does not change: each person has their own Guentaí account as an individual.
What is the difference between vouchers and the corporate card?
With vouchers, the company deposits, sets the amount per person and they claim it in the app. With the corporate card, the company card shows in the person’s wallet and each access is charged right away, within a monthly cap.
Does the company see where the person used the restroom?
With credit, no: the company sees how much was spent, never where. With the corporate card, yes: every access paid with the card shows in the portal, with venue, date and amount.
What if the person does not have a Guentaí account yet?
The grant waits and activates on its own once the person signs up with that tax id. Sending never fails because of an account that does not exist yet.
Can we split it by hub or by route?
Yes. Each campaign is a closed group, with its own name, date and list. One per hub, one per operation or one per peak season.
How many restrooms does the access cover?
Any active Guentaí point. The access is not tied to a venue, an area or a time of day.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. A campaign can have ten people or ten thousand. Starting with one hub, measuring the use and growing later is the most common path.
The route will not get shorter
But the person delivering can count on an open door along the way.
