Everyone wants to get there. Maria keeps the city moving.

Maria's story

While she sorts out everyone else's way through, she is also building her own.

Maria, 25

Traffic officer.

Law student.

Amateur runner.

Dream: to become a police chief.

But even the person looking after the street needs somewhere to stop.

The shift starts early.

Maria takes up her post.

Vest, whistle, radio, energy and plenty of warmth to handle a long day on busy streets.

So she adapts.

Maria drinks less water.

The nearest support post is twelve minutes away, and leaving means the intersection stands with nobody on it, right in rush hour.

And the shift does not shrink.

Eight hours on her feet, in the sun.

Even the toughest need a moment to stop, recover and relieve themselves with dignity. Maria looks after everyone, but she is often forgotten, and the body charges dearly for it.

Guentaí, support for support has arrived.

Every hour, Maria can recharge her energy.

Today she takes regular breaks to use the restroom, refills her bottle with cold water and stays hydrated through the day in the sun. She knows a kiosk a few metres from her post that supports the corporation.

What the institution gains

  • Occupational health, on the record

Every access is logged, with date and amount, in the campaign statement.

  • No construction and no upkeep

A sanitary module costs installation, cleaning and inspection. The network is already standing.

  • Coverage where the operation is

Shops sit where the city moves, which is where the team spends the shift.

  • Officers who stay on post

The travel time saved goes back into the operation.

How to create the account and issue the vouchers

  1. Download the Guentaí app and complete the registration of whoever answers for the company.

  2. Sign in at portal.guentai.com with the same credentials from the app.

  3. In the portal, open Fleet, enter the company tax ID and attach the registration document. The legal name is filled in automatically.

  4. Once the company is approved, deposit the balance in Vouchers.

  5. Create the campaign, give it a name and an end date, and build the list of people, one by one or by CSV, with the amount for each.

  6. Start the campaign. The voucher becomes available to claim in the app of each person on the list.

The voucher is only handed out when the campaign starts, and it only becomes the person’s credit when they claim it in the app. Every claim and every use shows in the portal. Whatever nobody claims by the end date goes back in full to the company balance, and credit already claimed does not expire.

Two ways to pay, under the same account

  • Prepaid credit, by tax id

This is the voucher route. The company tops up, splits the amount and sends it to a list of tax ids inside a campaign. Whoever receives it redeems in the app and the balance sits in their wallet, with no expiry, to use at any Guentaí point.

  • Corporate account, on the company card

The company registers a card, adds the tax ids and sets a monthly cap per person. The card shows up in those people's wallets as another payment method and each access is charged right away, within the cap. The usage statement exports to PDF.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do we need to install any system?

No. Whoever answers for the institution registers in the app, signs in to the portal with the same credentials and handles the company registration and the distribution there. Whoever receives uses the app on their own phone.

  • How does procurement work for a public body?

The route is the same: registration in the app, portal with the same credentials and, inside it, the institution's tax id and registration certificate. The contracting and budgeting route follows the institution's own rules, and the Guentaí team supports that process.

  • Can we split by unit or operation?

Yes. Each campaign is a closed cut, with its own name, date and list. One per unit, one per operation or one per roster.

  • Does the institution see where the officer used the restroom?

With credit, no: the institution sees how much was spent, never where. With the corporate card, yes: every access paid with the card shows in the portal, with venue, date and amount.

  • What if the officer has no Guentaí account yet?

The grant waits and activates on its own once that person signs up with that tax id.

  • Does the credit expire?

Credit already redeemed never expires and belongs to the person. Whatever nobody redeems by the end date goes back to the institution's balance.

  • Can we cap spending per officer?

Yes. With credit it is the amount set per tax id in the campaign. With the corporate account it is a monthly cap per person.

  • Is the venue required to accept?

No. Each point belongs to a host who chose to open the restroom and set their own price.

  • Does it work for shifts and day rosters?

It works for any cut of people by tax id. A campaign can last one weekend of operations or a full month of roster.

The shift will not get any shorter

But whoever works it can count on a door near the post.
